I reckon they should, he has been an outstanding servant in the red and black, BUT what if we need to win the last game to make the 8???

  1. Johnson was a good player in his time, but not a legend, and I think that if he isn't in the Bombers best 22, than he shouldn't play, especially considering that you are trying to make the finals.

  2. As an Essendon supporter I am pleased with the progress we have made in the last 2 months but I really think we should just play the game week to week and not concern our selves with the finals.

IF JJ is there abouts as far as fitness goes then he should be included in the side.

  3. No.

It appears lately that more time is spent on giving retiring players more consideration than the club, as a whole, & their supporters. Jason Johnson? What has he done? What is he famous for?

I would rather the players bow out gracefully & the team get on with trying to win games. There is too much emphasis lately on personal accolades.
