Should the constant age attacks on McCain worry the Democrats?

At 72, John McCain would be the oldest person to ever take office.  His age and mental faculties are a legitimate concern.  When people get older, most begin to forget things like how many houses they have.  Call it attacks if you choose, but we need people of fit mind and body to lead this nation.

You seem to overlook that many senior citizens are Demos.  My father will be 81 in a couple of months and he is not voting for McCain because he is too closely aligned with Bush Policies that are not effective.
