Should the cops lay fraud charges against the ones that did the bigfoot hoax?

No, they didn't defraud anyone for money or services so no crime was committed.

The 1 was a cop and the others a prison guard so i really doubt they will get charged with anything! I believe the cop is on leave from duty to heal from a gun shot wound he received while on duty so i doubt you could class him as a red neck!

No, they aren't doing anything illegal.  It's not illegal to create a dumb hoax, especially something like Bigfoot.  No legal agency has taken it seriously.  Nobody lost any money or had their rights violated because of the hoax.  You can't charge somebody with "lying" about something like that.

the police do not charge anyone. the job of law enforcement is to issue citations and arrest those who break the law. it is a District attorney who files charges.

but to answer the question, i dont think they would have much of a case, and then your would have to go after all the carnival people who boast they have the worlds fattest lady, or the worlds smallest midget

What needs to happen is Americans need to stop paying attention to such nonsense.  If they would stop making a market for this BS it would go away quick and the real sightings would surface...like the Chupacabra in Cuero TX or the creature that washed up on the beach in NY.  C'mon people, if you had one of these things bodies, you wouldnt keep it in deep freezer!!  Youd tell everyone you could as soon as you found it!

no because no real news station even really aired it. they were all the bs ones that nobody but losers watch. why not charge the people that put stuff out like angelina jolie giving birth to a alien baby. why not charge the national enquierer magazine for all the bs they put in their magazine
