Should the driving age be lowered?

 I believe you are all missing the basic point.  By lowering the age for driving, it allows for more practice time with a responsible adult.  The teenage brain develops fast around the age of 14 and by instilling heavy educational courses and a more stress on safety, we can decrease the amount of accidents yearly. All leading experts agree that the more practice you have in any area, the more likely you are to succeed. So in turn, this can only benefit society.
