  1. No I don't think so a majority of the kids are pretty smart these days and can make the right choice. When my own kids turned 16 they did not want to learn to drive yet. They said that they felt they were not ready and would let me know when they are. They made that choice on their own and Iam starting to see it with others as well, only they know their own confidence level. Some are ready some are not.

Yes because they are inexperienced drivers, distracted and unfocused drivers, more aggressive drivers, hormonal drivers, and risk-taking drivers who can often assume they're "invincible" or "immortal." Most teen drivers involved in car crashes were either drinking (illegally), speeding, or both.

  3. Apparently you don't have kids ages 16 or 17 that you have to take to school everyday.

  4. no, but they should be able to get proper training earlier. and places to practice driving. some people cant drive at 20, farm boys can drive well at 14

  5. No necessary,  Parent have to teach their kid to be more responsible . Action have consequences . Don`t drink and drive . Drive carefully .
