Should the federal courthouse doors be reopened to state prisoners, particularly those on death row, to ensure that justice is not short-circuited?

  1. absolutely not...

this is simply the age old question of state and federal rights.. there is no constitutional authority for the federal government to usurp states rights by assuming federal control.. nor should there be.

the bottom line question is do you believe OTHER states have the right  to decide for themselves how they will be governed.. federal control REVOKES self rule..
