    the federal government wants everyone to live in a cage. because the world would be SUPER SAFE then!!!◘

    and i kinda agree with that. i mean there just trying to keep us safe.

    Unless the federal government applies its power over federal grants as a disincentive.

  3. Only in those matters reserved for the federal government by the Constitution. All other matters should be up to the states to decide. I believe it even says that in the Constitution.

  4. ONLY if the laws of a state permit interference in the legal rights and authority of another state or contradict Federal law.

    Since Federal law has overstepped its Constitutional bounds, there are times when these arguments need to be addressed by the supreme court.

    (As if THEY were any better.)
