  1. No. The descendants aren't suffering. They've had time to assimilate into society and get work for pay. Plus, most people are descendants of slaves, whether they be black or white. Indentured servants were slaves, and most americans are descended from these individuals. It would be ridiculous to hand out money to that many people.

  2. No.Not even worth a debate.http://www.revisionisthistory.org/forgot...

  3. The way I see it, no.  The descendants today aren't the ones who were enslaved.  Besides, I see the thousands of Americans who died trying to free them as payment enough.

If I had lived in the years following the Civil War, I would have absolutely supported reparations.  In today's world, it's too late.

  4. No, I agree the descents aren't suffering from any of that.  Besides why should the rest of us, Weather we be White, Japanese, Chinese, or anyone for that matter, pay them for something that wasn't even done to them themselves.  It was only done to their answers, and their is nothing we can do about that, it's a thing of the past.

  5. no-that was then, this is now..people take things a little to far sometimes. I would think it would fall under the 'grandfather law' and the claims would not be valid

  6. no
