Should the govt regulate who has babies?

Baltimore, Pittsburgh, Hartford. all these cities as well as others all over america are being invaded by babies of babies who have no regard for the law or other citizens. they commit murders and other crimes yet it seems we, the good people and our children are forced to live in fear. some of these unwanteds have even infiltrated our schools. what should we do? should congress act?

Something has to be done!. I am tired of supporting young girls and older women that continue to get knocked-up! The education has been out there use birth control or do not do it! Many of these children live in low income area cause all kinds of problems, black , white, hispanic. some turn out ok, but many do not. Please do not tell me it s not there fault! Stop gettting PG!

If they are going to be added to the GENERATIONAL list of welfare recipients.... then YES.  If they are "state funded" then they are "state property" in my book.

Because you have the means to support a child does that make your kids better than mine who coming from low income family.I think not! The same things kids from low income do yours do as well yours have no regard for the law as well commit murders and crimes and sell and use drugs like kids from a low income family low income . The difference is your money can buy your kids out of a lot of these problems and since us low income family's don't have that kind of money our kids have to become a statistic. Which I believe is unfair to me. As adults and parents we should be trying to come together on ways to teach our children. I am also a firm believer in ti takes a village to raise a child. Believe me there are good and bad in every race.

And what do you think the government could do about it?  They're the ones responsible for creating and supporting most of these deadbeats in the first place.

Get the government out of the equation and force these young parents to beg for charity.  There are plenty of compassionate people out there who will provide help and a moral compass to go with it...and maybe that will slow down the cycles of abuse and dependancy.

This country would be a better place if a license was required to breed.  That being said, it will never happen.

Well I can understand your concern however there is nothing in the Constitution that grants Congress the authority to do anything about this problem.

It's understandable that not all people are meant to be parents. The United States government, should NOT have control over who reproduces and who "isn't fit to".   However, AMERICA IS STILL A FREE COUNTRY! If you don't like it go somewhere else...
