Should the laws do something with teenagers , that walking middle of the road?

I have to wait for five minutes for that spoil brat teenager to move out of way!!!

I am not trying to be mean and it seem very dangerous for teenagers or childern keep walking in the middle of the road.

Are there against the laws for teenagers walking on the middle of the road?

yes there are laws for this kind of behavior. in my town the same thing happened and the kids were givin tickets, after paying the fine they found they could just as well walk on the sidewalk or the berm. it is just kids doing stupid things.

you do not say where you live. Local laws apply.

Here that could fall under the obstruction of the flow of traffic.

Call your local authority to ask.

However if the person is crossing the street in a perpendicular crossing to the road, they have right of way, assuming there are no local crosswalks. And if it takes a person with a disability a long time to cross a road properly, they still have right of way.

Hi friend!! Unfortunately the law can't do anything about it. The parents of the teenagers should teach their kids not to act like that. The law already sets rules for people not to do that. But of course they don't listen. The parents should teach their kids not to be rude. That's what I think.

I know what you talking about because one day I was driving and some teens was in the street I think I blow my Horn about six times and they still didn't move until i speed up, something is wrong with these teens.

the law can't watch over all the teenagers. that why you as a driver should be careful.

i mean one time my friends and i was driving home and this lady was walking her dog and she just let it go running of in the middle of the street

we couldve ran it over

but then that will make you grown up madder and post up another question about how reckless teenagers can be these days

yes most teenagers are like that, remember some adults too.

mostly teenagers do that.

There is in Texas and every now and then the  police have to go and arrest a bunch of the little kiddies to prove the point.
