  10. No 13 is way to young. At that age they wont even know how to handle being drunk and could get in bad situations. If that happened it would be totally ridicilous!

    Current stats is Canada  -- legally you can:

    Have s*x at 14.

    Drive at 16.

    Smoke at 18.

    Drink at 19.
