I just seems that your team is penilised for a player getting hurt by the opposition.

  1. A touchy one this. Unfortunately it does happen, and in many cases (not all) the player who commits the foul is cautioned.

The game cannot stop and start for injuries, this would create havoc on timing and not only that it will begin to resemble some North American sports and I definitely do not want that.

  2. Yes in genuine cases,a player who is injured has to leave the field, while the perpetrator is still on the pitch.

  3. But if you say it's only for "Genuine" injuries, how do you know if it is or not?  I mean Ronaldo, he's too good at faking it, so how do you know?

  4. yes it should be changed..daft rule..just gives the opposition the advantage and thats not right..what if they scored a goal when the injured player is off the park....btw what happens if its the goalie who is injured

  5. good point Zombie.... by the time the player gets back on the opposing team have gained the advantage...he should be allowed to continue immediately. I guess this was brought in to stop the injury time going to ridiculous amounts?

  6. Yeah it does do a team a disservice!! The other side get the advantage!! They should be allowed stay on the field if able to continue!

  7. the simple answer to this is YES or NO.
