Should the state of MIchigan put further restrictions on clearcut logging in the state?

  1. I'm not sure what current restrictions are.  My opinion, for watersheds and buffer zones for lakes, rivers, and streams, the State should not allow any clearcutting UNLESS it provides a better ecosystem for habitat that will protect water resources.  Past clearcutting practices have caused increased sand deposits in Michigan trout streams due to erosion.
