  1. The banks and financial institutions didn't share their profits, I don't want to share their losses either.

  2. Did the banks gave the tax payer some of its profits

  3. Like we have a choice.

They have already done it with northern rock.

It wont be the last time either, in light of looming recesion.

Dont get me going on my views of our governements incompetence.

  4. Too late, they've nationalized it, what do you expect?

While it saved jobs it going to cost us a fortune.

  5. No way!

  6. h**l no!  These banks played with our money and gave themselves huge salaries and even bigger bonuses...they should have to blood* well pay for it...they got themselves into the s**+*...they should have to get themselves out of it!

  7. Hi Lorne

Before I answer your question, just let me say this, I hate the banks with a vengance, they are blood sucking scum who will twist and turn every law to get their hands on your money.

That being said, if the banking system collapses, as in the case of Northern Rock in theU K, and the Government let this happen, then the whole economy would collapse.

Letting one institution (like Northern Rock), collapse due to bad investment, would have led to every customer of every bank, wanting to remove their cash to safe guard it.

The result woud have been just like Zimbabwe, inflation up in the thousands % and no food on the shelves of the shops.

They are an evil business, but, alass, they are a necesarry one

  8. How about putting their homes out for auction.

Their mansions could go for a tidy sum,

And demanding regular repayments according to their ability to pay.

Citizens advice should help them when theyre homeless.
