  1. Strengthen of course. US is the richest Democracy. India is the biggest Democracy.


  2. Strengthen.. then they might more help "peace keeping" in Iraq.

  3. It would be good for the US to strengthen. They are already fairly strong, but, India is predicted by some to surpass China in production in the next 10 years. Economically would benefit from better relations.

    Though outside this there are many more variables.
