  1. Absolutely!  They are so out of touch with mainstream America that's is ridiculous.  Wouldn't we all love that golden parachute for not doing what we were elected to do.


  2. No, the difference between a legislative office and and executive is the president has a lot of power right on day one, an ordinary Congressman does not. It takes time for legislators to build up power and effectiveness.  In my home state (Maine) we term-limited the our legislature and power went to the Governor, government bureaucrats and lobbyists.

  3. I think most states have term limits for governors and other city officials.  

    I definitely think there should be a term limit and if that can't pass there should definitely be an age limit.  Private sector employees are pushed out at certain ages.

  4. Yes, one problem, they have to vote "yea" to pass the law.
