Should there be a womans profesional afl league?

It would be interesting to see how many woman actually like to see a league of their own. I know you men would like to see it happen.

No. Girls are bad enough playing netball - and that's a non-contact sport! Imagine them on the footy field smacking each other, and scratching the opponents eyes out, elbowing others in the back ... girls, as much as I hate to admit it, are vicious, and will do more harm to other girls than the guys do to themselves in the AFL already.

i think women have enough fun watching the sport. if they did have a women's professinal league not many ppl would be very interested.

Are there enough female players with high enough skills to be considered professional, to form a league? Enough players, maybe, but enough skilled players, to provide a real alternative to male AFL?

There should be because it's not fair that men get to play and women don't. I bet there are some women out there who are better than some of the men who play professional AFL.

i wouldn't pay to watch it and I'd probly have to be paid to watch it if it was free.

Yeah, go on then! I would personally love to see some girls out there throwing each other around! I remember my primary school team used to have a couple of girls, but by puberty mostly they seemed to loose interest. Is there many still girls still playing? I know touch AFL is popular with girls, but don't know about the full game...

it would be very different to see a woman's AFL team but it is hard game and i don't think women could play it is a mens game. if there is a woman's AFL league i would go and watch it
