There is a threat of civilian prosecution of a past military operation that resulted in the death of Iraqi citizens. Do you believe that this matter should be in a civilian court? Or, should it have been handled by the military, if in fact, any laws were broken?

  1. Yes laws are broken, but most of the troops and military personnel would not have to face a court.

Their war criminal commander and chief bush and his vp, cheney how ever will be trialed by the ICC, very soon.

    Regards.

Edit: Oops sorry: ICC = International Criminal Court for war criminals.

This is an international matter not The US.
