If you went into a bakery, would you want there to be tables or no tables?

Also, if you were in the city, and there was a muffin/cupcake/mufcake pushcart, would you buy a reasonably priced muffin/cupcake/mufcake?

  1. yes,  I would buy a cupcake

  2. No tables in bakeries....in and out...Bakeries are usually busy would you really want to sit there and eat with people hovering around you.

Yeah I buy from the push cart all the time in NYC they are the only place you can still get a bagel and a coffee for a buck.  :)

It's definitely faster than going into a deli.

  3. Definitely some place to sit down because I just hate to have to walk along the street and have people see me eating that kind of thing.

Muffin/cupcake/coffee pushcarts are very big in the city I live in, and the prices are astronomical for what you get.

  4. I wouldn't care if there were tables there...it wouldn't bother me, but I wouldn't use them. I only go to the bakery to get things to take home. All the bakeries I was used to as a child were just small places where you walk up to the counter, tell the girl what you want then she gives you a bag to take home. They weren't places to meet up and socialize, so I have a different feel for bakeries I suppose.

Buying anthing from a pushcart depends solely on how clean I perceive it to be. If it "looks" really clean, the seller is neat, presentable and friendly, yes I would buy if it was a fairly priced item. Meals from pushcarts are fast & convenient.

  5. I think there should be tables in there! I love to eat at the bakeries, so there should be a place for you to enjoy your Muffin!

As for the second question, I buy one if they looked yummy, and the cart was clean and looked well-run, and the people selling them are friendly!
