  1. If its anything like 5th November, then maybe.

No, but they need to police it a bit better and make sure they are kept away from being too close to houses, make sure they are not burning those big tractor tyres that they seem to be using all the time now, as I'm sure it's not too good for the environment, and make sure they are cleaned up properly afterwards. I certainly don't see any reason why they should ban them.
