think about it this way, the head of most states have a private aircraft.  and is not like he alone going and use it, it going to be rented out to several private organisations and other caribbean heads of state. thus they all going to pay for the upkeep and maintenance of same. what is we problem? its not like he going and take it and park it in he back yard in san Fernando when he is not prime minister again.

Its just like the diplomatic center - the is no way he and hazel going to be able to keep it as their own private property.  the next prime minister going to be living in the house and flying in d jet, and while dey talking now about wasting tax payers money, dey go be living it up large while dey in it.
