  1. Im pretty sure it would crumble if it was raised and plus its pretty deep where it is in the Atlantic Ocean. So lets leave it.

  2. They could keep it at Southampton where it left off.

  3. The shiop has so deterioriated that lifting it would desetroy it.

beside, by 2100 (less than 200 years after it was built) it will be nothing

  4. Physically impossible. Not least because it's in two parts several hundred yards apart.

And, as other people have pointed out, it's a grave. Would you want someone moving, as an example, your Grandad's grave?

  5. "there are no such thing that is impossible on earth"

Don't be daft. There are many things that are impossible. I'd love to see you prove that 2+3=4.

Let the Titanic remain at sea, along with those who were lost aboard it.

  6. No, because 1) it's a grave site and 2) it would be impossible.

  7. i think not cause it'll just crumble and fall apart. it will be better if it's just left there so it can serve as reefs :)

  8. there are no such thing that is impossible on earth

  9. The RMS Titanic is a grave ship and should not be lifted.  She is broken into three sections, I think.  Thus lifting will be next to impossible.

RMS Titanic sends her distress call in morse code.

  10. Remain at sea... Where the h**l would they put it?

  11. NO

it will be a good history and memmory

  12. it should remain at the bottom of the sea. tons of rusty and tetanus metal scrap. after 96 years submerged in sea water, you're just like  disturbing the fish sanctuary and also the people who didn't saw the iceberg that night.

  13. I believe it they tried to move it, It would fall apart and crumble....been down there too long!!

  14. No, the Atlantic should be lowered.

  15. PW's answer is the best that is hilarious

  16. If there someway to stabilize it, then it should be lifted.

    a) The Titanic is of historical significance

    b) The bodies can be given a real burial. Being left where you die is not a grave.

  17. no, sorry it cannot be.

  18. Let  it    be..   let it be........   speaking   words  of  wisdom...   let   sleep    down  in  the  SEA...

    En     ho!!!

  19. If they want to use my money to lift it, I say let it alone.

If they want to use their own money to lift it, it's no skin off my nose for them to try.

  20. remain at sea sorry to sond horrible but if u died would u like to be moved else where or kept at rest in ur grave?

  21. nope it would just crumble aside from its purpose as a reef, it serves to remind man of his vanity.

  22. Titanic cannot be lifted.  The stresses on a ship that sinks are tremendous!  She already broke up in the act of sinking:  further disturbance would just make her crumble.  She should rest in peace along with the 1500 souls who died on her.
