This statement doesn't seem to get the troops out as quickly as possible - it seems to let them hanging in Iraq indefinately

  1. I believe the next administration has already come out in favor of troop withdrawal, so I see no need to wait to begin the process.

    The new administration will simply take over negotiations when the current crop of clowns leave town.
