I think so. With modern medical tech, there is a chance that the child can be born HIV free. By the way, you never know who in your family has it, but are afraid to tell anyone.

  1. Hi, To all of you who do know anything about the sickness. You have no clue what your talkin bout I am undetectable and yes you can have a baby with HIV and my baby does not have it me the father have it and my baby is 2 yrs old and very much so negative. So all I say is do your research before u comment on a matter like this and being rude. cause if you have diabetes thats almost the same and many other things u can have and not give it to your child. there is so much medicine to prevent transmitting it to your child and I know I'm living proof!
