  1. Texting, talking, dialing, driving one-handed, yeah, all of that.  It is a violation in some cities already.  The roads, the lights, the cars... all of them were designed before the use of cell phones, and most cell phones are not designed for use while driving.  Sort of like making toast while taking a bath -- one interferes with the other.  Just re-learn how to talk to people with faces.

  2. Absolutely.

Simulator testing has shown that texting while driving was as bad as being just over the limit for drunk driving as far as reflex times.

  3. you aredriving a ton or more of metal at 30-55mph, and you want to shift your concentration somewhere other than what you're responsible for?   remind me to attend the funerals of your victims.

  4. Nar you've got to keep in touch with ya friends.

If E.T was driving he would have never been able to phone home.
