This could be a very serious thing. You need to see a doctor ASAP. If it is serious the sooner you get it taken care of the better off you will be.

I wouldn't worry yourself sick but by saying a "lump" is on your testicles isn't very specific.

It could be a wart, some sort of pimple, herpes or as most people have stated cancer. I'd see if it goes away after a week or two and if it doesn't definately tell a parent about it and go see your doctor.

If the lump is ON one of them no. If it is IN one of than there is reason to be concerned, but not worried. A doctor can tell you what it is and what you should look for in the future.
