Should u chill out before u race dirt bikes?

when i race dirt bikes and myraces are 1 to2an a half hrs long and when im done i am compleatly exausted

  1. Yes, and eat a proper breakfast - you put gas in your bike don't you?


  2. stretching helps for the sores and cramps from a nice long moto...also drink plenty of fluids (i.e. water) during the day, and when hungry eat something with protein (i.e. PB&J sandwhiches).

  3. You need to rest before dude, and yes chill out.

    The reason for you been tiered after the race is because its a tough sport !

    Only the fittest riders in the world dont sweat after a race !!!

  4. Definitely and get a good nights rest the night before and dont race day after day after day, take a brake in between a race and skip a few to get thoroughly rested up then go and tear it up again.
