  1. Everyone should. Eating excess fat and sugar isn't healthy.

  2. I'm a vegetarian and i don't.... i should... everyone should... but ice cream.. pizza... chocolate... dr pepper... just dont sit there and eat a gallon of ice cream and eat things over 10-20 grams of fat... lol

dont get me wrong.. i do eat my share of healthy foods!!

  3. Well everyone should have some fat and sugar, just in moderation. I'm a vegetarian too, and it's corny, but the most important thing is having lot of veggies and lentils.

  4. Actually we all have to have a small amount of fats in our diet,to make our digestive systems function properly.

Sugar,i guess isn't so important, but if you need a snack, why not have a little sugar,we only live once.

You always have to read labels of a lot of fats like butter, and some oils, check they are totally veggie friendly.

Eating anything in moderation is good, especially if your active.

Its all about balance, healthy body, healthy diet etc. :)

  5. The standard food pyramid places fats and sweets at the very top, which means they should be eaten sparingly. Fats should be included in most diets, but in moderation only. These pages should give you some ideas for "good" and "bad" fats and sugars for your particular diet.

  6. minimize both as much as possible..at the end of the day being vegetarian or not isnt an issue at all.
