  1. Yes, especially in the Black neighborhoods.  Give money to Blacks, $1000 to $3000 to get sterilized.

  2. Sounds good to me, lets do it.

  3. Read Freakonomics

  4. As long as the welfare system rewards the overpopulation of our ghettos, nothing will work.

  5. Yes and make it retroactive to age 18.

  6. It is a myth that abortion decreases child abuse and other crime. Actually, abortion has been shown to increase just that. To answer both of your questions, no.

  7. i don't think it's a good idea, especially since i'm pro life. i don't think the solution to preventing crime is to kill innocent babies before they get the chance to commit a crime. i think it's better and more influential if people are able to receive a good education in those areas so they can get a job that will uplift them and inspire them to live a life that is crime-free.

  8. We can fight crime by increasing abortions in rich neighbourhoods with gun manufacturers so that they are not born in the first place

  9. Why don't we just kill everyone and have no crime?  No, you cannot sentence an innocent life to death, which is exactly what abortion is.  Why not make prison something to be afraid of; make it so hard that no one wants to return; increase the amount of executions.  I have no problem with killing someone who has murdered someone else.  Look to the prison ran by Joe Arpaio in Maricopa County, Arizona for example.

  10. Impossible to answer.  If you took that route, I think you would have to pay a large amount of money create an incentive to abort.  People of poverty seem to have less interest in abortion than the suburban crowd.  May not be correct on my observation; but, poor families seem to have larger families than the middle class income groups.  Oh, you would have to make it a money reward offer and just eliminate the social workers who look upon poverty as a full employment program for them.

  11. Not a bad idea.
