Should we able to use invalid parking spaces when it is late at night and the shop is 30 minutes from closing?

Shouldnt these crippled people be in bed /or watching corrie anyway ?

I had a few drinks today and when I parked my car in one of the nine empty bars (freudian slip ) spaces ,a busybody complained

that I should not park there.

well My legs were wobbly , I could not see properly, my hearing was not working too well either, surely under these circumstances I need the space just as much as a benefit collector

I think there should be a challenge for the spaces ,and the "special permit holders can use their wheelchairs walking sticks zimmer frames to attack " the permitless and may the best man/woman win .

parking in those spaces can cost you  a pretty penny

(like $475.00 (I saw a ticket once)

and the law is the law no matter what time of the day or time u this means if you came to a red light

at 3am in the morning and you run the red light

you still broke the law (and if a cop saw you he will

write you a nice ticket) even though there mgiht only be you and him on the road

if your only going to be there for 5 minutes then its okay to use the parking space cause you arent going to be there for long, but if your going to be there for hours then you shouldn't park there.

If you feel you deserve a handicapped parking spot go to the department of motor vehicles and apply for one, other wise don't park there

Just because someone may be handicapped doesn't mean they are in bed by 8PM, they are just as active as the rest of the people that can walk etc.. , I hope if you are using those parking spaces that you are getting ticketed regularly you deserve it.
