I can’t believe a county like the US is into too much religion stuff now. Wasn’t this country ones know as the country that put a man on to the moon first? It seems we took the path that gets us back in the time where people believe the earth is flat. I personally see this as a tread to us with today’s globalizing world. There would be a time where we would be not compatible to the world’s fast growing countries like Russia, China, and India etc. I can see the damage already from the past 8 years of Jesus politics and economy. It is too bad but I think if this continues than we would have a big problem in coming years.

  1. Well luckily, Huckabilly didn't get the nod from the GOP....

But yes, we should not get our delusions mixed up in our politics.

  2. Yes religion should not be why we vote.  That is why our four fathers said that church and government should be separated.

Religion has no place in politics.  We all should vote for what we think is good for us not what a preacher, minster say's we should vote for.

Look at how many people we could help if we had stem research, but no because of some religion that not happening.  What about a womens right to choose? Once again it comes to religion.

It seems we think that Osmba and his followers have gone to far when it comes to regilion, well I think the American people are becomming

over zealous when it come to our own religious beliefs.

  3. No, we should be worried about freedom of religion being stamped out by religious messages being tagged as 'hate' crime.

  4. Absolutely. They would take away all the civil liberties and women's rights in the name of their god and savior. These people have made it perfectly clear the rest of us have no rights and they are doing their best to keep it that way.

Like destroying our Bill Of Rights -- none of these people understand Constitutional law.

Like doing away with Roe vs Wade. If you are against abortion, fine, that's your belief. But you have no right to force the rest of us to abide in that belief.

Wage war in the face of overwhelming evidence that what is believed isn't true leading to more hatred against the US and when thousands of our troops have died.

If I were one of the founding fathers I'd probably be spinning in my grave.

One more thing, these people are always going on about their Rapture.

Personally, I wish the Rapture would come and leave the Earth to the rest of us.

  5. yeah you're right

We should not elect this guy!

    Barak Obama -

"My faith teaches me that I can sit in church and pray all I want,” it says. “But I won’t be fulfilling God’s will unless I go out and do the Lord’s work.”

  6. You don't think our country was founded on certain religious principles?  Yeah they wanted their freedom, but the atheists were very few and far between.  We became great under Christian/Jewish fundamentals.  It is only recently that your atheistic approach has been gaining notoriety.

edit: religion has little to do with stem-cell research.  It is a pointless approach (see the facts below).  "Lady 053" you aren't the only one who has been misled.
