Should we change the name permanently from global warming to another so people can stop being so confused?

as many do not seem to research enough to see that because of the Earth's overall warming over past centuries, it is changing many weather patterns, such as increased or new snowfall in some areas?

Already done. GW criers have switched to 'Climate Change'. The only problem with that is that it makes it more obvious that it's just a natural occurrence that we really don't have much input into anyway.

no, those who matter know what it is.  Its pretty much a proven fact that since the industrial revolution back in the 1800's we have spewed a given amount of co2 into the air, and that the temperature has gone up enough to account for that.  Why make things difficult, the numbers are there, they add up, whats the big deal?
