  1. Who would obey the lower speed limit? Not the screwballs that drive where I live. I live in Ma.

  2. No, either way people go faster than the speed aloud. Just more security on preventing people from drinking and driving at the same time will reduce the lives lost dramatically. Fuel, sry dude, we are practically going to have to use bikes to lower our fuel costs.

  3. SHOULD YOU CONSIDER DROPPING 10 POUNDS?

  4. I thought you were a congressman.  As long as you're in the right lane, I don't care how you drive.  There is no we,  I will burn the fuel as fast as I desire and have never cost a life so I really don't know what your logic is on either issue.  I suggest passing laws that make any driver determined to cause an accident treated at least as harsh as anyone convicted of a DUI.  Learn, pay, or lose the privledge.

  5. No they should just drop the dang gas prices. lol. No, really no matter what the speed limit is people are going to speed and be stupid.

  6. Anyone who thinks reducing the speed limit is a good idea has never driven from Phoenix to Albuquerque. Bad idea. Tell you what - you drive as fast as you like and leave me alone.

  7. would it really mater? the limit is 65 here and people drive 80-100

  8. It wouldn't make a difference. No one seems to pay attention to the speed limits. Education would be better and then some drivers will change their bad habits but you'll never get them all too. Some people are unreachable because they think they know it all.

  9. Yes, it worked so well when Jimmy Carter did this in the 70s.

Dude, nobody obeyed the 55 mph speed limit ever; not even my granny.

  10. Yes I think that would be a great idea and I agree with you 100 percent, save gas and save lives........

  11. meh 10 mph isn't that much of a decrease to save gas...it's a bit bot not a huge amount...and as far as lives go...meh people can still be bad/drunk/high drivers 10 mph slower...
