Everyone says the reason he's such a picky eater is because it's a phase. Well, this "phase" is starting to worry me. I'd like for him to eat to eat more than just oatmean, rice, beans, chicken, hot dogs...Is this normal? What vitamins should we try if any?

Thanks.

  1. get the little gummy bears. thet are tasty and packed with nutrients

  2. If you thikn he's not getting the nutients he needs on a daily basis - then yes.

Mostly though, I'd ask a doctor or better yet, a nutrionist.

  3. Childrens vitamins are usually ok, just make sure to get the ones without gelatin, you can get it from a natural foods store such as Whole foods.

  4. my daughter loves the gummy ones..

  5. They have vitamins for children. My son likes the gummy Flintstone vitamins! Vitamins are fine even if your child isn't a picky eater.
