TATA SKY in plain and simple terms has betrayed our faith. iam having a TATA SKY since 2006 in MEERUT ang now tr to Sec'bad. It has immediately after stupid IPL stppped providing a few sports channel like STAR SPORTS, ESPN.

How can we ensure THAT tata sky repent for such unilateral decisions hurting million of football ( soccer ) lovers in India.

well, tata sky is not at fault completely.. its a two way deal.. if one way they have removed some of the channels, on the other hand they have also reduced the price of their packages.. and its not that they are denying you the channels or something.. its just that the channels which were removed from the main pack are available as an add-on package.. you can view those channels also once you order for those channels.. i suggest you speak to the customer care executive and get that package added..

They have not betrayed anybody - you are mistaken. They have to deal the customers as per their (customers) wish - b'coz may be some of the customers didn't wanted the sports package as a part of their package & to deal with that probably they have removed the sports package. They have reduced the super saver package from 300 to 260 & on the other hand you'll be charged extra 40 rupees for the sports package & if you want you can get it added. Those who don;t want sports they can save 40 rupees monthly. They have made the changes just for our convenience not their's.
