  1. I agree with Jib - Hoard then s***w everyone else later.

  2. Yes of course, unless we want to continue to pay exorbitant prices for all things petroleum related! Vote for Conservatives, the leftists actually want our economy to stall, they have a long record of doing whatever it takes to ensure that we are never energy independent!

  3. Not yet.  We should continue to use foreign oil and  hoard our own.  When everyone else runs out, we can be pricks and keep our oil for ourselves!

  4. ye ye we shud drill that way we can leave iraq alone.

  5. When you're thinking about drilling in Alaska, most people think about the immediate benefits, but they don't think about the long term. Yes, we would have more oil if we drilled in Alaska, but the estimated oil (using U.S. consumption rate of oil) would last us about a year. By then we would have destroyed a fragile ecosystem, and we really don't know the specific repercussions to that. Perhaps more ice would break in Alaska, which would cause more natural disasters. So, no. No drilling in Alaska.

  6. Absolutely not.

Its so gorgeous, and thusfar mostly untouched, they're destroying natural beauty. Plus, if we keep increasing the rate we pump oil, we'll be out of natural resources sooner than we estimated.
