Should we execute kids that bully others and refuse to quit

think about it , they make life so miserable and scary for some kids at school that those tormented kids end up killing themselves or having severe mental problems . Some kids just don't have the ability to fend off these horrible children that i am sure were raised by demented parents ...... what is a good punishment ??

i am bullied. i disslike bullies greatlly.
It started in 2nd grande when someone scratched into a stall that im a "fat a**" and it stayed there until the end of that year. I was crying so much that day and on. I cry myself to sleep alot.
