You can try but consider a few things:  Wales has always been a thorn in the side of English flesh, look at past history.  The Military consists of a large amount of Celts, Welsh, Scots and Irish, none of whom would take too kindly to Wales being invaded.  Also the Eu would not like it too much.  You can,t afford another war at the moment as the economy is very fragile to say the least.  And at the back of your mind must be the Rugby Grandslam.  Never underestimate the Welsh.  Cymru am byth.
