  2. That's foolish. More legal intoxicants?

Stoned drivers cause a lot of accidents. They just don't keep those stats.

Intoxicated is intoxicated. It doesn't matter what you use to make yourself high.

EDIT to Carlito: I've been stoned and I know others who have been. They should NOT be driving.

  3. If you're concerned with saving lives, we should outlaw sleepy driving.

As for legalizing this or that, I would prefer we legalize both pot and booze.  Oh yeah, but the caveat is that the users of same need to be responsible for their actions.  None of this wussy stuff where a stoner gets smashed, crashes his car into a tree, ends up a quadraplegic and then demands that taxpayers foot the bill for his care.

  4. YES...I BELIEVE MARIJUANA SHOULD BE LEGALIZED. BUT WE REALLY NEED TO GET THE PEOPLE ON CRACK AND METH.

  5. Well in many ways it is. People are let go every day by cops for possessing a small joint. Just don't get caught with a brick or anything. On the flip side one open can of beer found then you are in trouble. The police know what the real threat it. Law makers that take the beer companies money be dammed.

  6. Yes, but it should still be illegal to smoke and drive. The partnership for a drug free American is mainly funded by the alcohol industry. It does kill motivation though.

  7. FatPizza, if they don't keep those stats, then how do you know stoned drivers cause alot of accidents? Sober drivers cause the most accidents, should we outlaw sobriety?
