Yes. We need to combat inflation. Our dollar is weak.

It's great that the rates have stabilized and are no longer going down. We should raise them higher beacuse that rewards savers; not borrowers.

The real estate market may be down, but view that as a good thing; it helps people afford cheaper housing.

Savers deserve to be rewarded. borrowers should not be rewarded for being irresponsible and spending.

I laugh at people buy bought a house last year and are now telling me it's worth less. hahaha serves you right for buying a house when you should have known better.
