My husbands grandparents have their 60th wedding anniversary coming up in a few weeks, they had a falling out with one of their son's about 5 years ago and the son hasn't spoken to his folks since, or any of the other family members. My husbands aunt (his sister) who is organising it wants to send him, his wife and their son a invitation but thinks that it would be too cheeky, she wants them to come but dosen't know how to approach them. I don't think it is cheeky at all and I think giving them the invite is the right thing to do, any suggestions or advice?

  1. All she has to do is send him an invitation. The worst this son can do is decline the offer to attend the anniversary party.

  2. I say, why not? - Annibalien23
