Should we send somebody to Coventry (not speak to them as a group) until he learns to respect everybody and apologizes for very disrespectful comments?

  5. If it's the only way for them to learn...then yes.

  6. only if they did something hjorrible. if there is another way to fix it then do so. and do you really think that giving him the silent treatment will make him learn his lesson? in my experiance, most peopledont know how much they are hurting the people around them. try talking to him. but do it in a way that doesnt put him on the spot or make him feel like he has to defend himself. that way he'll be more open to suggestions.

    if it is your last result then yes, ignore him.

  10. no! that is a terrible thing to do. It is very traumatic and could scar him for life.
