Should we sue Jewel-Osco?

My mom fell down at Jewel-Osco last night due to some water spilled on the floor. There was not sign of any kind that indicated that they had cleaned or anything. When she told Customer Services, they didnt seem to care.

What should we do?

What kind of injuries came from the fall?  They should have marked an area where there was a spill and any injuries arising from a fall should be pursued.  If the local Customer Service people don't want to listen - I'd call the Corp office and tell them what happened/ ask for them to pay for medical expenses.

Yes, I fell in a an establishment and I got paid only because there wasn't any signs posted! Good for you! My lawyer told me if there were signs I couldn't get a dime. Make sure your mom goes to the hospital right now! Back injury! Then call a lawyer so that she can get treatments with a chiropractor.

jewel is the biggest scam grocery store.  they are way over priced and think they are the only grocery store.  sue them for as much as you can and be sure to boycott them and tell your friend.
