Should we tax those who believe in the paranormal?

i mean, we already have the "vice taxes" on things like cigarettes and booze and (i hope) reno prostitutes. shouldn't we have a "gullible tax" on people who pay for psychics or "ghost cleansers (or whatever)"? we could use the profits to help fund science programs or heck just plain education?

If the psychics are operating as a buisness they'll already be taxed.

And remember that even 100% of £0 is £0. not all people charge for psychic services, some do it gratis

I hope you're kidding.  That is getting into the idea of religion because it deals with the afterlife.  Seperation of Church and State.
