Removing a dam gives you the problem of what to do with all the silt that has accumulated behind it. There is also the problem of re-establishing a salmon run by transplanting eggs. no we should tear down the dams to stop water pollution.  power plants are the worst enemy to our environment.  let's learn to live like we are back in the old days (no electric and very few vehicles).  or try to get the government to get companies to lower prices of solar energy.
