Me and my friend are pretty adequete singers and we love Sweeney Todd. We thought it would be a good idea to ask our drama teacher to do the musical Sweeney Todd for our production. Here is a video of us trying to sing while we wait for our turns at the talent show. ( He actually did a sweeney todd song)

  1. Absolutely.

  2. The rights to Sweeney Todd are through the roof because of the movie now. So it would be an expensive production.

  3. You should definitely go for it. I've seen it performed by another local school (it wasn't my own, unfortunately) and even with the minimal set and props that they could afford, they made a very good show of it.

If you think you and the rest of the drama program could pull it off, by all means, see what you can do to persuade that teacher of yours~~

  4. Exactly,ew! My school is doing Hairspray and I am playing Penny and it is SSSSSSSSOOOOO much fun!!!!!!

  5. ew
