  1. Look as far as I'm concerned.. the rules are set in place because "god" says so. You have no say in it just because society thinks its not normal.

Either you follow the rules or get punished. You park illegally you get fined. Same thing with religion. Thing is hypocrisy plays a big part in all major religions and Islam has a lot in it. Muslims who drink and still pray. Hyprocrisy.. You think "God" likes that?

  2. Be concerned what your Lord thinks of you, rather than people, It seems rather hypocritical that you wear it for a month and then take it off. Does Allah just watch us in Ramadan....?

  3. Whats your reason for not being ready for it? Don't put it on if you feel that your not up to it..dress for it and give it its taste of respect so that others can respect you.

  4. just for ramadan? no

thats not good because u r just wearin for a month

tell your mom i wont because its not good just to wear it just for a month

its either u wear when your ready, or just wait

  5. yes at least try to do every day when you go out of your house

  6. You should try ur best to wear hijjab, good luck. Ramadan Karim

  7. If you wear it just at Ramadan that is hypocritical ..

even wear it or not .. there is no such thing at " atleast at ramadan "

    ====

this is like who dont pray all the year .. and at ramadan you cant see outside the Masjd ..

  8. hijab is obligatory for all the muslim women. so you are supposed to wear it all the time, not only on Ramadan.

u should not care about what other people think. If you wanna be successful in this world and heraafter then only care about Allah

  9. I think we should all be more supportive of our sister if she wants to wear hijab, even just for Ramadan. Of course, I am speaking as a spiritual non-Muslim, but I wore hijab for Ramadan last year, and this year I am also fasting because I am no longer nursing my baby. I got an amazing amount of support from Muslim friends, and I found hijab to be very empowering and dignified. I was very afraid that some would find my gesture of solidarity and support to be offensive or hypocritical, but this was not the case. In fact, I have greatly looked forward to Ramadan this year, and the opportunity to think less of myself and material things.

Perhaps the questioner will find this as well, and choose to wear hijab more often as an expression of faith. We should all welcome any opportunity, and support the opportunities of others, for the heart and the right path to meet.

  10. i think thats kind of hypocritcal.

putting your hijab on in a blessed month and then taking it off. you might as well not wear it. its kinda like saying that you came out of hibernation during ramadan and went into hiding during ramadan.

and for your mom to say that. .. hmm..

i hope you find the hijab comfortable and wlling to wear it all year round.!!

when yuor ready go for it..!!

    god bless

    have a happy ramadan!1

  11. you should just not wear one cuz theres no use of wearing it for a month and taking it off, thats what i told my mom and shes fine with it.

    hope it helps :)
