  1. No.  Think about what a "predator" means: "One that victimizes, plunders, or destroys especially for one's own gain."

Prostitutes don't victimize people, they provide a service for people who often victimize THEM, not the other way around.  Also many prostitutes are controlled like slaves, and some are even held against their will.  But I don't see how any reasonable person can see that prostitutes "prey" on unsuspecting johns or something like that.  Most of the time their customers know exactly what they're getting themselves into.

  2. There is no predation involved, so why would they be considered "predators?"

Really people, think about this stuff before you post it, K?

  3. No they shouldn't they are givers to the community. They do a much needed public service.

  4. Whats the point, if she wants to sell s*x then you can't stop her.

  5. no...because they aren't sexual abusing...the people that go to them...know what they want...soo no ones hurting or violating the other persons rights.

  6. no, but the pimps should be

  7. No, unless the "John" is underage and clearly looks that way.

At the end of the day, prostitution boils down to two consenting adults engaging in s*x. That occurrence "in-itself", has never been, or should never be, considered a crime in the United States. Because the exchange of money is involved, the law only sees prostitution as an illegal business transaction. Whether this type of business transaction should be legal is another matter. Personally, I feel it should.

  8. Prostitution is no longer illegal in the UK so it isn't a prosecutable offence. However when it was I think conviction did inlcude being added to she SOR.

  9. Uhh no unless their customers are minors.

  10. No, women are doing a public service and should be rewarded for their contributions to society.

  11. no i dont think so,, as long as no one was a minor,,,they didnt rape no one or held them against their will..

  12. Only if they put the Johns on the list too.

  13. Yes as long as they are clearly labeled for what their sexual crime was.

  14. no

  15. When women engage themselves in prostituion u first try to know on what ground they ur here. if they r here 4 their livelyhod then i think u may forgive them. but if they r doing it  for other purposes then u r right.

  16. No because the list is for unconsensual sexual offences or sexual offences with a minor. Prostitutes have consensual s*x.
