obviously this only applies to areas where sharks are around and a potential risk.

  1. Putting blood, sweat, tears or urine in the water with sharks around is never a good idea because sharks can taste the squamous epithelial tissue those secretions contain.  Menstrual periods are only a problem if the blood gets into the water, and while pads are obviously useless under water, tampons are very effective at  keeping menstrual blood safely contained.

The important thing to remember is that sharks will be attracted to any bodily fluid, and urine will draw them as surely as blood.

  2. yup

u r right..... as sharks can smell the even very small drop of blood...........

  3. I've never thought of that before, but a shark can smell the smallest amount of blood from very far away.
