Should you apologize?

If you are giving a teacher a dirty look or snapping off to them, should you apologize? It was because of stress. If you know of any stress relievers, let me know.

If it was me, I would apologise if I liked the teacher and meant it when I said I was sorry.

Yes, but also explain why you did it, never mind if this is to a teacher because it will be a good lesson for future with lovers, family members, bosses, etc.

Come on guy yes apologize what did she do to you workout go running lift weights these are all stress relievers don't take it out on other people!

Seriously if you never have before then yes you should apologize however if you snap at them  lot and just dont like them i dnt see why you  would.

yeah, just get over with it, just leave a good impression its part of the system, you dont have to mean it if you dont want too.

I have apologized, I told him that I am really stressed all the time and frustrated. It ended up being a rule that if I felt and anger fit coming on i'd ask him if I could "go to the bathroom" and I could step out and calm down.

Can you help me?
